OverviewThe TMX Finance Family of Companies is looking for a Digital Media Buyer to join our team and be part of a group of creative and strategic professionals who are passionate about drawing audiences closer to the heart of our mission. Through development and management of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, you'll successfully expand the Company's web presence while simultaneously driving loan volume. Your strong project management experience and ability to track and analyze performance data will help to ensure the Company's status as an industry leader. Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns across Display, Remarketing, Paid Social, Native, OTT and other media channels.
  • Optimize campaigns and make strategic performance recommendations by establishing, tracking, and reporting data on paid media initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow digital marketing efforts while overseeing all aspects of campaign implementation, such as cost and KPI projections, vendor negotiations, and program strategies.
  • Strategize with the Associate Director of Advertising and other executives to effectively expand the online presence of TMX Finance's portfolio of consumer brands in a manner that focuses on driving customer acquisitions efficiently.
  • Oversee budget allocations to the appropriate digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition in a cost-effective fashion.
  • Serve as lead media innovator, managing integration and cross-functional improvements amongst the media team and marketing efforts at large.
  • Leverage data and reporting from digital media campaigns to research changing and emerging trends, and plan content strategies to help build a cohesive, omni-channel marketing presence.
  • Seek new trends, media, and opportunities within the industry as well as any target/market/ industry trends that impact business; develop POVs to share with media team.
  • Manage the media team's relationship with production team to plan and produce marketing messages and creative for a cohesive voice across various channels.
  • Serve as content marketing and engagement expert to help advise media team on relationships between various forms of media.
  • Initiate deep and thorough research to ensure fundamental and complex understanding of target market lifestyle and media consumption habits.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of client business, key personnel, marketing and business goals, strategic challenges, competitive set, brand positioning, target audience, market segmentation, marketing strategy, etc.
  • Demonstrate a desire to create improvement and better outcomes through innovation / approaching things in new ways.
  • Participate in development of measurement and analysis plans and project prioritizations.
  • Manage development of strategic media planning, buying, and operational documents. Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years in a Marketing role managing an organization's digital marketing with an emphasis on media.
    • Experience managing the metrics-driven performance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Experience using digital media serving, planning and measuring platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge and implementation of complex omni-channel marketing tactics.
    • Experience with strategizing customized messaging schedules per outlet to enhance the overall inbound marketing customer experience.
    • Advanced understanding of integrated marketing and lead generation strategies, and how they come together to provide measurable results.
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp different technologies and easily overcome technical issues.
    • Must possess an innovative mindset, with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Must be flexible and willing to pivot to keep pace with evolving strategies.
    • Effective project and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail minded with exceptional organization skills.
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skills that will foster the ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be self-sufficient, self-motivated, proactive, and tech-savvy.
    • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. Our Benefits Include :
