Job Description:
Job Description Summary First-level manager responsible for
supervising one or more departmental areas and overseeing daily
activities of two or more staff members. While they typically do
not have direct authority over hiring, firing, or promotions, their
input is strongly considered. Their primary focus is supporting and
managing their team, while also assisting with business functions
such as strategy, project coordination, budgeting, and financial

Description First level management. Typically supervises one or
more areas of a department. Supervises two or more professional and
or support staff at work as well as their day to day activities.
Typically does not have the authority to hire, fire, or promote but
their input on these types of actions is highly considered. Main
focus is on each employee they manage. May coordinate the business
aspects of a department to include but not limited to strategy,
project management, budget planning and oversight and financial
operations. Additional Job Description Education: Bachelor's Degree
or Equivalent Work Experience: 5 years progressive work experience
