Permanent Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of general office procedures and best
practices. - Strong customer service orientation with a
professional and courteous demeanor. - Familiarity with medical
terminology and healthcare documentation standards. - Excellent
grammar, written communication, and proofreading skills. -
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while
maintaining consistency and accuracy. - Strong interpersonal
skills; able to communicate effectively with colleagues,
physicians, and the public. - Highly organized, detail-oriented,
and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Consistently
professional, respectful, and compassionate when interacting with
patients, visitors, staff, and providers. - Dependable and
adaptable, with a willingness to accommodate a flexible work
schedule. - Presentable and approachable appearance. - Spanish
language proficiency is preferred. Education and Experience - High
school diploma or equivalent required. - Current certification as a
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant
(RMA) required. - CPR certification required. - 1–3 years of
experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. As
