Your experience with video production, editing, and animation as well as communication content creation, script writing, storyboarding, sound recording, and graphic design will allow you to successfully integrate yourself as a key player in our evolving and dynamic culture. You will utilize your ingenuity in all facets of the creative process, from conceptual design to production, while partnering and coordinating with individuals seeking to accomplish a variety of business objectives to a wide range of audiences.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and effectively manage project deliverables and tight deadlines with teams and partners across multiple projects and design disciplines (TV, print, digital, animation, motion, social) and through all phases of production.Create engaging and informative communications as well as multi-media content (videos) to include associate communications, website copy, video scripts, advertisements, blog articles, and others, while ensuring they are compliant.Collaborate and build relationships with internal teams to evolve and optimize both employer and consumer branding deliverables.Determine the appropriate writing style for each project and tailor your creative approach to effectively communicate messages using colloquial, formal, copywriting, or script writing languages.Qualifications4-5 years of experience in Multi-Media, Content Production, or relatable fields Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Premiere Pro and After Effects Demonstrated understanding of video composition and editing, storyboarding, sound recording/editing, and video productionMust have a portfolio of digital and/or printed deliverables demonstrating skill and experienceMust be flexible, deadline-driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver accurate, high-quality content in a fast-turn environmentAbility to conceptualize creative projects and translate complex ideasStrong communication and organizational skills with critical attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in accessible waysProactive, will find solutions, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned projects from start to finishPhysical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. New hires in the role will receive $1,250 on the first paycheck following the new hire's 1 st day of active employment and $1,250 on the paycheck following their 90 th day of active employment, if eligibility criteria are met per Company policy.
