Job Description Job Description The Synthetic Turf Field Installer is responsible for performing a variety of physical labor tasks related to the installation of synthetic turf fields under the direction of a Site Superintendent/Foreman. This role involves hands-on work, precision cutting, and attention to detail, and requires regular overnight travel to job sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Clean criminal background required Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to travel frequently What We Offer A commitment that Safety is 1 Competitive benefits, pay, and retirement plan options!
