Job Description:
We are seeking Customer Service Representative for a 4 week
temporary assignment. Must be able to work Sunday through Saturday
from 3:30pm-12am with Wednesday’s and Thursday’s off with a
30-minute lunch break. This role involves handling complex customer
inquiries and service complaints, preparing and maintaining
records, and ensuring accurate communication of policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate
demonstrates sound judgment, tact, and sensitivity while delivering
excellent service. Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Savannah, GA Pay Range: 15.00 What’s the Job? Provide
high-level customer service and assist customers with complex
service complaints, discrepancies, and inquiries. Handle requests
from the public and other departments, providing general and
specialized information requiring interpretation of policies,
rules, and procedures Skillfully research, resolve, and respond to
complaints or refer issues to appropriate staff when necessary.
Type, format, edit, revise, proofread, and print reports,
correspondence, memoranda, contracts, agreements, technical charts,
tables, and other specialized materials Distribute and accept
applications and assist customers with completion as needed.
Receive, review, and prepare work orders; collaborate with
customers to identify service needs and ensure work orders are
completed accurately. Manage and maintain customer records; enter
data accurately into general ledgers and activity logs. Prepare
special or recurring activity status reports and spreadsheets
Provide customers with information regarding codes and other
regulatory requirements. Respond to service inquiries in person, by
telephone, and in writing. Perform all other office tasks given.
What’s Needed? High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of
experience in customer service, billing, finance, bookkeeping, or a
related field Experience working with Microsoft Office especially
Excel Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage
