As part of the North Point Hospitality Sales & Marketing Team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for project management and support of marketing functions related to branding, advertising, creative development, digital marketing and partner communications; works with internal and external partners in assisting with creating and updating marketing/advertising strategies. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will audit, suggest changes, and track edits for text and photos across multiple platforms. The best part is- you will love where you work. We are caring. Essential Functions:
--- Designing collateral to align with brand guidelines and contribute to creating assets.
--- Design in all manner of print and digital formats to support business needs including posters/flyers, reports, signage, social media, and email.
--- Maintain graphic design standards and subsequently ensure that the work adheres to a high level of excellence.
--- Concept and create graphics and short-form animations for social media and other digital applications such as banner ads etc.
--- Coordinates marketing support of sales team for all properties
--- Collaborate on design projects with teammates and other business partners.
--- Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
--- Able to work independently to problem solve while also working with a team for collaboration.

Minimum Requirements
--- College degree in communications, marketing or related preferred
--- Knowledge and proven track record of graphic design
--- 2 years' experience in the marketing field
Competencies:
1. Design Tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Power Point
4. Excellent organizational skills; extremely detail oriented
5. Proficient in writing, editing and proof-reading
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced role
