Job Title: Full-Time Special Education Teacher Location: Bluffton, SC Blazerworks, in partnership with the school district, is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team as a full-time teacher. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and progress
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in a variety of settings
• Monitor and document student progress, and adjust IEPs as needed
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school activities as necessary Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • State certification in Special Education in South Carolina
  • Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
  • Knowledge of best practices and strategies for supporting students with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
