Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks a licensed School Psychologist to support
elementary students within a public school setting in the Virginia
Beach area. The assignment runs from January 5 to June 16, 2026,
with a school day schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Candidates
at all experience levels, including new graduates, are encouraged
to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments
and evaluations for elementary-aged students Participate in
Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, re-evaluation
sessions, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
meetings Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop
and support student learning and well-being plans Maintain accurate
records and documentation in compliance with state and district
requirements Qualifications: Current state licensure as a School
Psychologist Active Department of Education (DOE) certification for
the state Experience serving elementary student populations
preferred but open to new graduates Strong communication and
organizational skills Location and Assignment Details: Assignment
based in an elementary school within the Virginia Beach area
Contract position covering the school year term ending June 16,
2026 Caseload size will vary by assignment and is currently under
review Position requires on-site work; no hybrid or remote work
options available Compensation: Competitive pay ranges based on
experience: $63-$66/hour for 0-2 years experience $66-$69/hour for
3-5 years experience $69-$72/hour for 6-9 years experience
$72-$75/hour for 10 years experience This role is ideal for
