Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites new graduates to apply for our New
Graduate RN Residency Program, designed to provide a seamless
transition from academia to a professional nursing role. As part of
our team, you will be given the opportunity to enhance your skills
and knowledge with the support of our experienced nursing staff and
continuous learning environment. Our program ensures a high level
of care that aligns with our mission to care for and improve human
life, utilizing nearly 2,000 sites of care including hospitals and
surgery centers across the United States. Participate fully in the
RN Residency program, completing all educational and clinical
assignments. Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in
accordance with nursing philosophy and approved protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, contributing to
team efficiency and patient satisfaction. Implement patient care
plans effectively and communicate patient condition changes to
physicians and other team members. Maintain compliance with
hospital policies, safety standards, and procedures. Strong
communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment Critical thinking and quick decision-making
abilities Adaptability and resilience Proficiency in handling
medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current Registered
Nurse license or be eligible for licensure. BLS certification
required; ACLS certification preferred.
