Advanced Swim Instructor As an Advanced Swim Instructor , we are
seeking top-quality instructors with an extensive background in
Swim Team , Stroke Clinics , Military Swim Test Preparation , and
Adult Swim Instruction to help excel our swimmers to the next
level. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for
instructors seeking long-term growth and advancement within
LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) . Job Responsibilities Include:
Provide life-saving swim instruction to students of all ages and
abilities Coach swimmers preparing for the next level of swimming ,
including competitive swim readiness Lead Stroke Development
Clinics and Swim Team Prep programs Train and support swimmers
preparing for Military Swim Tests , focusing on technique,
endurance, and confidence Instruct adult swimmers at all levels
with individualized, goal-based training Schedule and run monthly
Mock Swim Meets to introduce swimmers to competitive swimming, meet
structure, and racing skills Qualifications: Strong background in
competitive swimming and stroke technique Experience working with
swimmers of varying ages and abilities USA/or ASCA Preferred but
not required, Growth Opportunity: This role offers a clear pathway
for advancement within LCSS , including the opportunity to grow
into a Director-level position for instructors who demonstrate
