Job Description HVAC Senior Service / Chiller Technician Savannah, GA / Charleston, SC (Travel within Greater Area Required) Pay range $35.00 to $45 per hour (Based on Experience & Qualifications) Company Vehicle iPhone & iPad Provided Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial HVAC Systems About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Service / Chiller Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong background in servicing air-cooled and water-cooled chillers , RTUs, split systems, and other large commercial HVAC equipment. Candidates should be confident working independently or leading a small crew on-site. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems , including: Split systems, heat pumps, RTUs, chilled water systems, boilers Pneumatic and electrical control systems Air- and water-cooled chillers Complete daily digital service documentation using a handheld device Lead or assist small teams on job sites as needed Participate in special projects or tasks assigned by management Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on site Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures What You Bring: 10 years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong hands-on knowledge of chillers, RTUs, boilers, and controls Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) is highly preferred Ability to read schematics and blueprints Comfortable working with minimal supervision Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior technicians Valid EPA Universal Certification (Required) OSHA 10 Certification (Provided if not already held) Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical positions Occasional travel within Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC regions Valid driver’s license required What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate starting at $35.00 Company vehicle, iPhone, and iPad provided Paid travel within local coverage area Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Company-paid Life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability Voluntary Long-Term Disability 401(k) with multiple investment options Paid holidays and vacation time Employee discount programs and vehicle purchase discounts Ongoing training and development opportunities Diversity & Inclusion Commitment: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
