What You’ll Be Tackling Every Day ? Diagnose and repair electrical issues on production equipment Troubleshoot PLC?controlled systems (Allen?Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Perform mechanical repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and more ? Replace motors, sensors, relays, drives, and other key components Reduce downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance Document repairs and communicate equipment status with the team Keep safety first while maintaining a clean, organized workspace Qualifications Strong electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Hands?on experience with PLC troubleshooting (programming is a bonus!) Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals Solid mechanical aptitude — hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors A problem?solver mindset and the ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast?paced environment Why work here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
