Job Description:
Heidelberg Materials, a prominent player in the construction
material sector in North America, seeks a skilled Project Manager
to oversee project operations within our dynamic construction
environments. This role involves directing project execution,
ensuring compliance with time and budget constraints, and enhancing
customer satisfaction. You will be the linchpin in our Project
Management team, ensuring that every project from inception to
completion meets our standards of excellence and drives our mission
to be a leader in the industry. Coordinate internal resources and
third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensure
that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within
budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all
relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure
resource availability and allocation. Manage changes to the project
scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate
verification techniques. Measure project performance using
appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and escalate to
management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and
all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project
risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third
parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation. Strong leadership, decision-making, and
organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and
negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously under tight deadlines. Profound knowledge with
industry-specific software and architecture. Experience in risk
management and project management tools. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification preferred. OSHA safety
certification is advantageous.
