The hiring manager wants someone who is trainable with experience working a physically demanding job in the past. Work ethic and attitude are the main thing they are looking for as they will be working at a data center. Dependability and attendance are crucial as well. Key Responsibilities: • Pull and route cabling throughout the data center • Assemble, stack, and drill racks • Scan, label and port equipment • Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians Additional Required Attributes: 1. Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar) 2. Strong work ethic and positive attitude 3. Reliable attendance history 4. This will most likely be a long term contract with the ability to go direct as an FTE of Vision Technology once headcount becomes available. This position will stay at $20/hr and could increase if the person moves into a leadership position, but not guaranteed under contract until an FTE.
