in manufacturing and electrical systems, is seeking a Lead
Electrician – Manufacturing to join their team. As a Lead
Electrician – Manufacturing, you will be part of the electrical
assembly and wiring department supporting the production team. The
ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead Electrician
– Manufacturing Location: North Charleston, SC Pay Range: $83200 -
$87360 Shift: 6am-2:30pm w OT as needed What's the Job? Lead a team
of electricians in hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, and
installation of manufactured products Actively perform electrical
work alongside the team as needed Assign daily work, monitor
progress, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules Read,
interpret, and execute work from electrical schematics, wiring
diagrams, and bills of material Ensure assemblies meet engineering
specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements What's
Needed? Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical
certification 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or
industrial/manufacturing electrical work Previous experience as a
lead, senior electrician, or supervisor preferred Strong ability to
read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
Working knowledge of NEC, electrical safety standards, and
