(IRCSC) is currently seeking a Fabrication Team Lead to join our
Warranty Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. The
IRCSC Warranty Team plays a critical role in delivering
high-quality interiors components by leading a collaborative,
customer-focused team that drives productivity and continuous
improvement. Join us to lead a dynamic team, influence daily

operational excellence. Position Responsibilities: Lead and model a
positive and productive culture, providing clear direction and
holding the team to high standards Coordinate priorities across
shifts by connecting with FAD teams on hot items, planning daily
work, and providing clear turnover via email and handoff Performs
complex production fabrication operations on interior parts,
mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems,
equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools
Able to work pre and post shift overtime as required to assess
status of build, assign daily work, cover for labor loss, in times
of surge and rework Responsible for monitoring and controlling FOD,
5S and Tools Support teammates to improve their job performance,
including identifying training Exhibits Boeing Behaviors Lead daily
operations including Tier 1 meetings and assignment of daily work
packages, ensuring execution of a unified one-team plan Monitor
performance and manage overtime balance by understanding JBS
metrics, communicating triggers, and developing overtime plans
while emphasizing recovery solutions beyond overtime Promote
continuous improvement by leading EI/Kaizen meetings and
representing First Line Leader in Tier 2 meetings: supporting
cross-training plans, including knowledge of all workstations
within the work cell and being able to back-up teammates Own safety
and quality processes by encouraging submission of SATs/MAXIMOs,
ENABLON Hazards, scrap tags, NCRs, IPCs, and MRS forms This
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work onsite at the airport campus in the 88-30
building in North Charleston, SC (BSC) Employer will not sponsor
applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of manufacturing, aerospace,
or fabrication experience 3 years of experience leading cross
functional teams in a formal and/or informal leadership roles 1
year of experience with shop floor processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Proven
ability to drive team collaboration, productivity, and a
customer-focused delivery mindset Experience leading daily
operations, managing performance metrics, and problem-solving
skills Background in safety and quality process ownership Conflict
