Hire Dynamics' Onsite Managers are dedicated to exceeding our
client's expectations with regard to hiring strategies and
initiatives, employee performance management and helping them to

Key Accountability Areas:
1. Client Relationship Development
o Scale of 1 to 10, how is HD doing? Achieve a 9 or 10 rating from
your Onsite client.
o Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated results each quarter that
improves the clients' business. Ensure that all QBR's take
--- Complete and turn in your strategic account review
o Develop relationships: Establish contacts with all levels within
your Onsite and ensure that expectations are being met. Ensure that
we have a strong web of influence. Update an active Bluesheet.
o Onsite Relationships: Partner with and keep top of mind
relationships at all levels to ensure your meeting their business
o Referrals: Develop referrals as a result of relationship
2. Operations Management
o Compliance audits:
--- Exceed 95% on compliance audits
--- Conduct weekly checks to ensure compliance with client
agreements, backgrounds, drug screens, I-9s and E-Verify, etc.
o Talent: Oversee the employee hiring process to ensure we are
meeting company guidelines. Gain talent referrals that you can
o Metrics: Proactively measure your team's weekly performance in
TempWorks to ensure that all goals are being met.
o Recruiting: Lead and oversee the development of an effective
talent recruiting strategy to including client-specific Recruiting
3. Team Development
o Onsite team: With the assistance of the Branch Manager, develop a
fully operational and qualified staff by hiring and training
employees according to the established company and clients'
o Quarterly reviews: Assist the Branch Manager with feedback on
Onsite employee's performance to ensure they are in line with the
Onsite and Company goals.
4. Financial Management:
o Assist the Branch Manager on the following Company financial
goals (% of revenue):
--- GP$/on-site employee: $6,000 (per week)
--- Net earnings: 10%
o Assist the Branch Manager in proactively managing the Onsites
budget to include:
--- Annual budget process: play active role in setting annual
--- Budget management: meeting/exceeding annual branch financial
o With the help of AP manage the Onsites credit and collections,
with goal of 30 days sales outstanding.
