Job DescriptionThe Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. They are responsible for following and developing intra-office communication protocols in our operations manual, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

    Requirements

    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
    • Must have ability to multi-task.
    • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
    • Professional phone etiquette.
    • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
    • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
