key expense categories (i.e., labor, supplies, equipment/repairs,
etc.) and recommending cost-effective solutions to support
operational effectiveness for mission services.Working in
collaboration with partner agencies to identify outreach and
recruitment strategies for individuals seeking
services.Continuously evaluating the success of mission programs
and incorporate/update tools and processes as needed to achieve
desired KPI program outcomes.Developing training programs that will
utilize technology resources to enhance persons served to help with
their abilities to obtain employment in high demand employment
opportunities within our territory.Along with the VP, Mission
Services be able to execute the tactical initiatives to ensure
mission expectations are executed to support program
outcomes.Developing and maintaining a broad network of strategic
workforce development partners within Goodwill network and among
regional, state, and national industry stakeholders to continuously
advance Goodwill's mission delivery.Ensuring compliance with
Standard Operating Procedures for Opportunity Center staff with
guidance and collaboration from leadership that will promote CARF
accreditation.Guiding performance management activities using a
balanced and logical approach. Following a servant leader mindset,
guides performance management through the lens of barrier removal,
training/development, and opportunity for success.Overseeing the
daily training, support, and supervision activities of all
associates to ensure success of the team.Along with the VP, Mission
Services build and nurture high-value, impactful partnerships with
community organizations, funding partners and
employers.Collaborating with community engagement efforts including
grant development and public relations.Responsible for proactive
and ongoing communication with organizational representatives to
adequately inform of business operations, potential barriers, or

Hello If: You have a bachelor's degree in business, education, or
human services required. Master's degree preferred. A combination
of work experience and education may be considered a substitute for
educational preference.You have experience in organizing
departmental initiatives and collaborating with educational leaders
in workforce development.You have 5 years' experience in workforce
development and management experience required.You can work with
individuals with barriers to employment and understand and
communicate with diverse groups.You enjoy working with a variety of
audiences including funders and community leaders to collaborate
and expand program services.You understand grants and funding
regulations, with attention to outcomes and reporting.You must
adhere to all confidentiality policies, procedures, and practices
including HIPAA regulations.You must have a valid driver's license,
ability to be insured, and clean driving record is required.You
