Job Description - Automotive General Sales Manager:

• Responsible for profitability of new and used vehicles, effective personnel management, and more.
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
• Support, encourage, and motivate sales team daily to maintain high morale
• Set the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Supervise Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus. Requirements - Auto General Sales Manager:
