Help at Home is hiring a Branch Manager!We are the nation's

up-to-date training.We are currently seeking an experienced Branch
Manager to oversee daily office operations in Brunswick, GA. -The
Branch Manager will also -ensure quality service -delivery to all
of our clients. -This is an ideal role for individuals with
experience -providing leadership in a healthcare setting. Work
hours for this role are normally Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM,

within the organization. -ResponsibilitiesOrganize -and administer
-all services and office operations within the service
-areasOversee recruitment, screening, selection and training for
all field and administrative staffImplement -and interpret -service
and operations policiesDelegate -duties and establish -proper
accountability for staff membersSupervise -and direct -services and
operations of staffCoordinate recognition program within the
companyMaintain -liaison with local contracting entity with regard
to contract services and operationsCoordinate timesheets and
complete payroll entry formsProcess authorizations to ensure
updated information is documented on client -filesCoordinate the
opening of new casesArbitrate -grievances -Perform monthly service
calls to clients to ensure adequate caregiver -performance and
client satisfactionMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 3 -years of
experience in social service administration, 3 years of experience
in the provision of in-home services to the elderly and/or
disabled, OR -a degree from an accredited four-year
institutionExperience with in-home care servicesValid driver's
license Access to fully-insured and reliable
transportationAvailability to be On-Call for caseload-related
crisesProfessional -oral and written communication skillsAbility to
organize, administer, and evaluate ongoing services in a
multi-phased operationBranch Managers -must comply with state
background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off
