with the management of all construction activities related to
Enmarket. JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES
- Assists with re-image/rebranding of legacy and acquired
stores.
- Reviews design and construction plans.
- Compiles bid packages.
- Prepares and executes construction contracts.
- Manages all facets of new store construction.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil
engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field is
preferred.
- Experience working with a general contractor in commercial
construction is required.
- Knowledge of construction practices and ability to read
construction plans is required.
- Project engineer or project management experience with a
general contractor is preferred.
- Experience with CAD and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
- Supervisory/leadership experience is preferred. Physical
