Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Position Summary:* Coordinates, monitors and performs technical processes related to Tech Support shop in maintenance department to meet company goals.General Managements:* Report on status of assigned tasks at beginning, during and conclusion.* Develop detail action plan to meet shop wise maintenance index. (Downtime, PM Plan & Actual, Equipment monitoring system, Equipment improvements, Safety/Environmental etc.).* Implement an efficient reporting system.* Maintain operation system (SAP PM module, patrol system, Monitoring system).* Support system development team for system set-up and training for all sections. * Maintain & summary maintenance indicis plan/results and report it to MGR periodically(budget, downtime, manpower, preventive maintenance, spare parts).* SAP & PM system should be maintained daily basis based on each shop's PM activities. * Support AM/MGR to encourage good teamwork. (Meeting, Events, Collaboration).* Need Flexible work schedule based on department shift rotation plan and can be requested to take care any urgent equipment issue (Night, Weekends, Holidays).Budget & Spare parts Management:* Analysis maintenance department budget (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).* Manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution and inventory control of maintenance material. (include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.).* Purchase department common items (Office supplies, furniture, tools, fabricating materials, Lubricants, etc.).* Develop parts management plan and execute parts audit for each shop inventory (Quarterly). Others:* Understanding of safety and environmental restrictions on maintenance. * Prepare AMC contractor and manage activity plan/results for external contractors. * In charge of managing and training for SAP, PM Module, PDA system of maintenance department. Qualifications & PreferencesMinimum:* A minimum of 5 years' experience maintenance career in the field of automated plants. * ERP(SAP) experiences. Specially, PM module & patrol system.* Experience interpreting and understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.Preferred:* More than 2 years maintenance career in major automotive industry.* Holders of mechanical or electrical certifications.* AB PLC program and control circuit experience.* Performed many equipment installations including design study, paperwork, inspection and testing new/modified equipment and processes. * Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.Competency Based: *Maintenance AM should do his/her best to achieve all indices related to maintenance activities based on the following competitiveness:* Working as a one team.* Planning and organizing.* Problem Solving.* Communication.* Strategic thinking and mindset.* Willingness for transformational changes.* Flexibility.Travel Requirement:* Domestic/International travel required.Compensation & Benefits:* Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility, and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance.* Employer offers relocation pay for this position. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen. Minimum Experience: 60 Months Special Requirements: Applicant Must -have a minimum of 5 years' maintenance career in the field of automated plants. Applicant Must -have a valid drivers' license. Applicant Must -have experience with ERP(SAP). Specially, PM module & patrol system. Applicant Must -have experience managing more than 15 team members. Applicant Must -have experience interpreting drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
