Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Health program development
and operation:* Develop and implement health policies and programs
to promote employee health and wellness in compliance with OSHA
requirements and programs including ergonomic management.* Evaluate
the effectiveness of health programs and initiatives and make
recommendations for improvements, including compliance with OSHA
requirements and programs.* Provide leadership and guidance to the
health section to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and
standards, industry standards, and company policies. * Collaborate
with other members of the EHS team to identify and manage health
risks in the workplace in compliance with OSHA requirements and
programs.* Develop all procedures and processes related to health
management for the company.* Develop and maintain relationships
with external health providers, vendors, and consultants to ensure
the provision of high-quality health services in compliance with
OSHA requirements and programs.* Monitor and evaluate employee
health data to identify trends and develop strategies to address
emerging issues in compliance with OSHA requirements and programs.*
Develop and deliver training and education programs to increase
employee awareness of health issues and promote healthy behaviors
in compliance with OSHA requirements and programs.* Establish and
conduct health and safety procedures and process and implement
ISO45001.* Develop all procedures and processes related to health
management and PPE management for the company.* Participate in
audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with
OSHA requirements and programs.* Establish long- and short-term
health management plan. Medical Center Management:* Set up a
medical center in the plant. * Develop and operate health programs
with medical center.* Manage the medical center, including budget
management and others. Health and safety management on construction
period:* Coordinate with EHS team members to operate safety health
management process; PTW (Permit To Work), Emergency Response Plan,
High-risk work management, Operating safety committee, Safety
inspection, and etc. * Operate temporary medical center, managing
agreement with health service provider.Qualifications & Preferences
Minimum: * Bachelor's degree in health and safety or related
field.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing health
programs in a corporate or industrial setting in compliance with
OSHA requirements and programs. * Experience with managing budgets
and resources.* Proficient in MS Office products.Preferred:*
Leadership coaching skills and investigation skills. * Strong
organizational and systems implementation.* Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part
of a team.* Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and reporting
requirements. * Excellent written and verbal communication,
analytical, problem solving and human relations skills. Experience
to establish and operate EHS procedures and process based on
ISO45001. * Experience of EHS management for new plant startup
PJT.* Job related experience in Automotive Industry.* Experience
with establishing or using EHS IT system.Competency Based: *
Working with a team, planning and organizing, problem solving,
communication, strategic thinking and mindset, flexibility and
willingness for transformational changes.Travel Requirement:*

drivers' license. Applicant Must -have experience with managing
