Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Position Summary:* Primarily responsible for the oversight and management of HMGMA, Inc. Metaplant Construction Project.* Manage civil construction companies and civil engineering companies on owner side.* Planning the proper construction schedule and Civil specifications according to HMGMA`s standard.* Responsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements.* After the completion of construction, responsible for maintenance of road and civil performing management work such as road repairs and civil and the extended or modified structure of the building, if required.General Management* Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives, and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization.* Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.* Develop civil plans and associated projects in all stages: setting materials, techniques, methodologies, analyzing data and information, and developing technical financial feasibility studies. * Responsible for supervising construction companies at the construction site. * Meet all other requirements as assigned.Qualifications & PreferencesMinimum:* At least 5 years' construction or engineering experience as site manager or engineer.* Experience in managing more than 30 team members.* Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.* In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.* Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and AutoCAD.* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related area. Preferred:* At least 5 year's construction or engineering experience in an industrial field in the US.* Experience with industrial construction and maintenance on owner side.* Civil engineer certification.* Exceptional leadership, time management, project management, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.Competency Based: * Excellent capabilities are required to proceed with the construction of the building and the maintenance of the building after completion of construction.* Working with a team; flexibility; planning and organizing; problem solving; communication; strategic thinking and mindset and willingness for transformational changes.Travel Requirement* Domestic / International travel required.Compensation & Benefit:* Employer offers opportunities for growth, work flexibility and competitive pay and benefits.* Employer offers competitive medical, vision, and dental insurance.* Employer offers relocation pay for this position. * 401K will be applied to employees beginning in mid to late 2023.* Employer requires a pre-employment drug screen.
