Physicians and a part-time GYN and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Office:
10,000 square foot office with level 2 certified lab and digital
xray. Practice has been serving the medical community for 25 years.
Board Certified physicians, one nurse practitioner with PhD,
certified level 3 PCMH, NCQA Certified Diabetes, Certified Diabetic
Educators. Partnership Track available. Reason for Recruitment:
