are searching for a LPN for a full-time, day shift position on our
patient-centered Med/Surg team. Essential Core Functions:
- Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health
or the situation
- Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the
patient or the situation
- Implements the identified plan
- Coordinates care delivery
- Employs strategies to promote health and a safe
environment
- Evaluates progress towards attainment of outcomes
- Adheres to organization's quality and patient safety
initiatives
- Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of
nursing practice
- Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing
practice
- Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to
professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes,
rules, and regulations
- Interacts with and contributes to the professional development
of peers and colleagues
- Engages and involves patients and families in the delivery and
evaluation of patient care
- Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice; and
evidenced-based research findings into practice
- Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and
impact on practice in the planning and delivery of nursing services

Qualifications:
- Social skills to positively engage with your patients, guests,
physicians and other employees
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
- Current Practical Nurse Licensed in the state of Georgia
- Current BCLS Certification
