  • Financial Fitness Program with a Certified Financial Planner We are searching for a LPN for a full-time, day shift position on our patient-centered Med/Surg team. Essential Core Functions:
    • Collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or the situation
    • Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation
    • Implements the identified plan
    • Coordinates care delivery
    • Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
    • Evaluates progress towards attainment of outcomes
    • Adheres to organization's quality and patient safety initiatives
    • Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
    • Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice
    • Evaluates one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules, and regulations
    • Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues
    • Engages and involves patients and families in the delivery and evaluation of patient care
    • Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice; and evidenced-based research findings into practice

        Qualifications:
        • Social skills to positively engage with your patients, guests, physicians and other employees
        • Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
        • Current Practical Nurse Licensed in the state of Georgia
        • Current BCLS Certification
