Seeking a Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Lafayette, Indiana, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry to join our team for a travel assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. As a Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those who are critically ill or unstable.

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients with medical surgical and telemetry needs
  
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
  
• Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans

• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse-Medical Surgical / Telemetry
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
