Job Description MedCadre is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Level I for a travel nursing job in Savannah, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Details: Job Title - RN PACU Duration - 13 weeks Shift - Day 10*4 Location - Savannah, GA, 31419 Position Summary: The Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical or diagnostic procedures. The RN monitors patients’ vital signs, assesses post-anesthesia status, manages pain and complications, and ensures a safe and smooth transition from the operating room to recovery or discharge. Job Duties: Monitor patients’ vital signs, level of consciousness, and overall condition during recovery from anesthesia. Assess patients for pain, nausea, airway complications, or adverse reactions post-surgery and administer appropriate interventions.
