Responsibilities As a healthcare professional in an Adult Mental Health facility, you’ll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include: Accurately administers prescribed medications and initiates intravenous therapies Conducts thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
