Job Description & Requirements Hematology & Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 8-5 Pay Rate: $500000.00 - $650000.00 A respected, physician-led oncology group in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist-Oncologist to join its growing outpatient team. This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care. Position Highlights Outpatient-only | No hospital or inpatient rounding Balanced hematology and oncology mix Average 18–20 patients per day with APP and nursing support Modern infusion centers , on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncology Minimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only) Opportunity to participate in research Potential leadership opportunity available with an annual stipend Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $500K–$650K (DOE) | Annual potential: $700K–$800K Sign-on / relocation bonus: Up to $25K 5 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays $5K CME stipend Comprehensive benefits packaging including 401(k) employer retirement match Why Hilton Head?
