Job Description Summary Perform medical exams using X-rays on
patients to create images of specific parts of the body. The images
are then interpreted by a doctor for diagnosis and monitoring of

Scheduled Weekly Hours 36 Work Shift Job Description As a
Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist at MUSC, you have access to
state-of-the-art imaging equipment to capture detailed X-ray
images, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment planning for a
wide range of medical conditions across 16 community hospitals
including 3 level 1 trauma centers and many unique outpatient
clinics across South Carolina. Radiologic Technology roles at MUSC

specialties as well as world class radiologists and providers.
Additional Job Description Required License Certification and
Registration: Education: Graduation from an accredited school of
radiologic technology. Experience: 0 to 2 years of modality
specific work experience. Required Registration/Certification: Must
be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT), If not registered must obtain the registry
within 6 months of hire . Licensure from the South Carolina
Radiation Quality Standards Association is required . Current Basic
Life Support (BLS) required , either a certification from an
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or
AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for
Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. If you like working
