working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Charleston,
South Carolina, 29425! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

experience Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias Experience
with blood product administration Knowledge of central and
peripheral line care/management Experience in managing cardiac and
vasoactive drips Nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management
skills Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse
specializing in PCU. The nurse will work three 12-hour night
shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Ratios will be 1:3 to 1:4 based on
patient acuity. Weekend shifts will be required, with a commitment
of 4 to 5 weekend shifts in a four-week period. No call
requirements exist for this position. The clinician will be
expected to float within their scope to meet facility needs. This
role requires strong clinical skills, particularly in managing
complex patients in a PCU setting. The facility is a Level I Trauma
Center and a teaching institution with a focus on high-quality
patient care. Travelers will adhere to the same attendance policy
as permanent staff. During the hurricane season, all employees may
be assigned to emergency response teams. Module training is
required prior to starting the position. Candidates must not have
planned time off that interferes with compliance processes. 5
