Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,418 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425! Job Title: Vascular Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CVOR License: SC or Multi-state RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS (must be AHA certified) Must-Have: Must be able to scrub and circulate complex open and endovascular cases. First-time travelers not preferred. Description: The position requires working three 12-hour shifts, scheduled Monday-Friday. Call is required, with an expectation of 5-8 calls per month, including weekends. Holiday availability may also be required. Travelers may be required to float to similar units as needed. Common vascular procedures include endovascular techniques and various aneurysm repairs. Candidates must have experience scrubbing cardiovascular surgeries and be familiar with specific procedures. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center and teaching facility is preferred. Candidates should be prepared for potential emergency assignments during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. All required documentation must be completed prior to the start of the contract. High standards for patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures are necessary. Clinical experience should encompass a broad range of vascular nursing responsibilities. Travelers will not be cleared for work until the required license is active.
