compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our thriving
outpatient family practice in beautiful Hilton Head, South
Carolina. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will
provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and
families across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct
comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations -
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health conditions -
Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate - Provide
patient education on disease prevention and health promotion -
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal
patient outcomes - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited
program - Current FNP certification and South Carolina state
licensure - DEA registration - Minimum of 2 years of experience as
an FNP preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -
