Carolina (Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, and surrounding areas)
At iTrust Wellness Group, our iTrust Cares division is dedicated to
providing comprehensive mental health and cognitive care services
to residents in independent and assisted living communities across
the Upstate. We are expanding our reach and seeking a skilled and
compassionate Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to
collaborate with us as an independent contractor . Why Partner with

Whether you’re an experienced prescriber or newer to practice, this
is a chance to grow while making a meaningful impact in geriatric
mental health care. Ideal Candidate Profile: Passion for working
with the geriatric population. Confidence in developing
evidence-based treatment plans. Strong knowledge of pharmacology
and interest in ongoing learning. Able to work independently while
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule:
Monday–Friday In-person appointments within partnered senior living
communities Flexibility to design your own schedule and maintain a
healthy work-life balance Support & Resources Provided:
Administrative assistance with scheduling, billing, licensing, and
credentialing. Malpractice insurance coverage included. Access to
professional development resources and continuing education
opportunities. Technology and equipment provided, with technical
support available. A collaborative, mission-driven team
environment. Contractor Details: Position is structured as a 1099
independent contractor agreement . Contractors are responsible for
