The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit. This position demands a commitment to learning and adapting to new healthcare practices to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans accordingly. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly identify any care emergencies. Educate patients and families on illness and proactive treatment plans. Maintain patient records with high precision and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate patient care. Implement doctors' orders, monitor, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate medical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Emotional resilience and ability to manage stress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS certification required ACLS preferred
