Job Description:

looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care ICU RN
(PRN) to join our dynamic ICU team. In this role, you will be
instrumental in providing expert care to critically ill and
high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. This position
requires a highly skilled individual who can deliver exceptional
patient care and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary

Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs in the ICU
environment. Carry out physician orders and administer prescribed
medications. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as
appropriate. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines
for well-coordinated patient care. Assess and maintain patient
comfort and safety. Perform interventions to stabilize patients in
critical conditions. Educate patients and families on end-of-life
decisions and palliative care options. Strong clinical skills in a
critical care setting Excellent decision-making and problem-solving
skills Ability to perform effectively in stressful and
high-pressure situations Proficient in using medical software and
electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of employment. BLS Certified; ACLS preferred. CCRN
certification is highly desired.
