personally. What You'll Do As an Interventional Radiology
Technologist, you'll be integral to our procedural team: Support
Complex Procedures: Assist physicians during diagnostic and
interventional radiology procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and
optimal patient outcomes Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Prepare and
educate patients throughout their procedure experience, ensuring
comfort, safety, and understanding at every step Operate Advanced
Imaging Equipment: Produce high-quality diagnostic images using
cutting-edge technology while maintaining strict radiation safety
protocols Maintain Clinical Excellence: Uphold sterile technique,
monitor patient status during procedures, and respond promptly to
clinical changes Ensure Operational Readiness: Manage equipment
maintenance, supply inventory, and complete accurate documentation
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with nurses, physicians, and
support staff to deliver exceptional, coordinated patient care What
You Bring Education (Required) High school diploma required.
Associate degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited radiology
program or a certified/accredited JCERT hospital based program and
credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT). Associates degree required beginning January, 2015
required. Experience & Credentials Preferred: One year of
interventional radiology experience Required: ARRT certification
and CPR certification Required: Applicable state licensure
Preferred: CI, CV, VI credentials or military health system program
training Skills That Set You Apart Proven ability to excel in
fast-paced procedural environments Strong clinical judgment and
attention to detail Excellent communication skills with patients
and team members Deep understanding of interventional procedures
and sterile technique Commitment to continuous learning and quality
improvement Ability to complete department-specific competency
validation
