Registered Nurse in our Rehab unit, you will be central to our
mission of dedicating care that prioritizes patient well-being and
holistic recovery. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and
report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain
accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify patient treatment
plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Consult
and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan,
implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Proven ability to handle
medical equipment. Strong interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with patients and staff. Capability to assess and
evaluate patients' health and create detailed nursing care plans.
Adept at administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential
preferred.
