Job Description:

HCA Healthcare invites qualified and compassionate registered nurses to join our intensive care unit (ICU) as a weekend-only staff member. Our dedicated team in the ICU delivers critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries. As part of our mission to care for and improve human life, you will play a critical role in overseeing the recovery of patients, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide the highest level of care. Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services. Treat medical emergencies and provide intensive care, including administrating prescribed medications and ventilator support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in patient and family education regarding patients' conditions and home care plans. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital ICU setting Proficiency in electronic healthcare management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
