Job Description:

our Rehabilitation Department. As a pivotal member of our

exceptional patient care, focusing on physical rehabilitation and
recovery. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling to

monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining
patient records with utmost accuracy. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized
patient care plans. Provide direct nursing care and necessary
medical interventions in the rehabilitation unit. Educate patients
and families on treatment plans, procedural outcomes, and
post-discharge care. Implement patient care in alignment with
regulatory healthcare standards, ensuring ethical and safe nursing
practices. Strong clinical skills in a rehabilitation setting
Excellent patient assessment capabilities Ability to operate
medical equipment safely Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified
Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification preferred
