Job Description:

professionals to join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered
Nurse. In this pivotal role, you will be a part of a compassionate
team dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care at
our state-of-the-art facilities. As a Medical Surgical Registered
Nurse, you will manage a variety of cases, supporting patients
through their recovery from surgical procedures, and medical
conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical and
medical patients. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary
team members to ensure the best patient outcomes. Administer
medications, monitor recovery, and document the patient's status.
Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and
health maintenance. Uphold the highest standards of nursing care as
per hospital policies and procedures. Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical environment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
stressful environment Proficiency in using healthcare software and
patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the
American Heart Association or equivalent
