HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit for weekend-only shifts. In this crucial role, you will provide top-tier care to critically ill or injured patients in a dynamic and challenging environment. This position is perfect for those who seek to focus their work on weekends, offering a balance during the weekdays for personal commitments or continuing education. As a nurse at HCA Healthcare, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for critically ill patients. Monitor patient conditions and respond with appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments effectively and safely. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
