Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our Rehabilitation unit. The
selected candidate will be key in providing exemplary care to
patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic
conditions. This role requires a dynamic nurse who is committed to
creating a nurturing, supportive environment to enhance patient
recovery. As a PRN nurse, flexibility and adaptability are
necessary, as shifts may vary based on the needs of our facility.
Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, administering
medications, and maintaining records. Collaborate with
rehabilitation staff to implement comprehensive patient care plans.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their
families. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and
adjustments needed at home. Ensure the effective operation of all
rehabilitation equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Strong
clinical skills in a rehabilitation setting Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic
environment Proficient in using medical software and patient
management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
