neurosurgical patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to formulate patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families
on post-operative care and health maintenance. Ensure the proper
use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines. Strong
clinical skills in neurosurgical nursing Ability to work flexibly
on an as-needed basis Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in using medical software and patient management
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the
state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
