Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Neuro Clinical Nurse
Coordinator RN to join our neurology department. This role focuses
on enhancing the quality of patient care, overseeing the daily
clinical operations related to neurology patients, and ensuring
adherence to established patient care standards. The position
requires a deep understanding of neurological disorders, patient
care, and clinical practice guidelines. Coordinate patient care
with neurology healthcare team members. Implement treatment plans
and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and their families
on neurological disorders. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards. Assist with the training and supervision
of nursing staff. Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and
treatments. Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
Proficient in using medical software and patient management
systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Certification in
Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) preferred but not mandatory.
