Job Description:

seeking an experienced Trauma Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our
dedicated team. This position will focus on providing exceptional
care in a trauma and surgical setting, ensuring patient safety and
fostering a supportive environment. The role requires adept skills
in managing high-stress situations, a comprehensive understanding
of health conditions, and effective communication with the
healthcare team. Provide comprehensive patient care in a trauma
med-surg setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing
care for trauma patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and respond
to medical emergencies. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient
records and adhere to all safety guidelines. Advanced knowledge of
trauma care and surgical procedures. Ability to operate standard
medical equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Certified Emergency Nurse
(CEN) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred.
