At HCA Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room RN to staff our weekend shifts. This role is crucial in providing urgent medical assistance and support to patients within our state-of-the-art emergency departments across our network. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to the highest standards of patient care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting. Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Stabilize patients with varying degrees of illness or trauma, and prepare them for further treatment as necessary. Document patient care services accurately in patient and department records. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatments. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
